Import
Harrowsmiths International has travelled extensively and developed relationships with overseas growers in key strategic locations in order to secure high quality produce. We import a range of high quality produce, including cherries and grapes from the US.
Fumigation
Harrowsmiths International in conjunction with IMEX Pty Ltd is a licensed user of Methyl Bromide and all poison gases for fumigation of Exports, BQA (New Zealand) and Interstate. We have experience in the fumigation of perishables, flowers and plants; including potted and bare-rooted. All our staff are fully licensed, qualified and insured.
Logistics
From the farm to our national warehouse, our logistical operations ensure consistent and accurate cold chain management capabilities, including the pre-cooling, storing and distribution of goods at optimum temperature. Utilising the latest in reefer technology ensures we can access protocol markets with in-transit cold treatment.
