Plump, juicy and bright red, our strawberries are low in acid, resulting in a sweet mouthful of goodness from every berry. As well as extending "traditional" summertime production in temperate climates from October through to May (through the utilisation of different varieties and planting techniques), the diversity of Australian climate enables June-September production in warmer or sub-tropical climates.
 
We mainly export the Splendor variety in partnership with Berry Yummy Marketing. Splendor has medium to large fruit size with a deep red colour both inside and out. It has a firm skin that is resistant to damage and a long shelf life, making it ideal for export. Splendor has the perfect mix of acid and sweetness, and maintains a consistently high level of brix during the entire season, creating the authentic Strawberry flavour.
